Privacy & enquiries
When you contact UXCharan, your information is used to understand and respond to your request. This page explains the enquiry and booking flow used on this website.
What you share
Forms ask for your name, email address, enquiry or feedback question, and the service or project brief you selected. Some forms also ask for your background, an optional phone number, a work link or preferred timing. Please do not include passwords, payment details, private participant records or confidential work you are not authorised to share.
Where form submissions go
Forms are processed by FormSubmit and routed to vallurisaicharan94@gmail.com. FormSubmit may show a verification step and handles the submitted fields under its own privacy policy. The form opens the submission service to complete this process.
This website has no student account or submission database. Copies of your enquiry may remain in the email inbox and the systems used to process it. Your hosting provider may also maintain ordinary access logs.
How the details are used
Saicharan uses the details to respond, clarify the requested scope and discuss a course, review or service. The forms do not sign you up to a marketing list. If you share a case study, it is not automatically published or added to a showcase.
Figgy, the design assistant
Figgy, the “Ask Figgy” design assistant, sends the questions you type or speak, and the recent conversation, to Anthropic, whose Claude AI model writes the answers. Anthropic handles this data under its own privacy policy. The website does not save your chat. It stays in your browser tab until you close it, and a daily question count is kept against an anonymous browser cookie and a hashed network address, deleted the next day. Voice questions are turned into text by your browser’s own speech service (for example Google in Chrome), and answers read aloud use your device’s voices. Please do not share personal, confidential or client information in the chat. AI answers can be wrong, so check important advice.
Bookings and other websites
Paid session bookings, availability and payments are handled on Topmate when you choose a booking link. Topmate’s terms and privacy information apply there. WhatsApp and social-media links open those services only when selected.
Other external requests
The website requests Google Fonts for typography, with local font fallbacks. The website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data such as your approximate location, device and browser under Google’s privacy policy ↗. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on ↗ or by blocking cookies in your browser. External providers and your hosting configuration may process technical request data.
