# CS-65: Exam timetable and revision planner

Category: Education & learning
Level: Intermediate
Suggested duration: 3–4 weeks

Original UXCharan practice scenario. Validate assumptions; do not present it as a commissioned client project.

## Problem
In a hypothetical school, students receive the exam timetable as a PDF and plan revision on paper, often leaving too little time for difficult subjects. Explore a planner that turns the timetable into a realistic revision schedule that adapts when plans slip.

## People to learn from
Class 10 and 12 students preparing for board exams, and their parents

## Core scope
- Import the exam timetable
- build a revision plan
- adjust after a missed day

## Research questions
- How do students decide what to revise and when?
- What makes students give up on a study plan?

## Edge cases
- Exam date changes
- student falls ill for three days
- two exams on consecutive days

## Specific artefact
A daily plan that rebalances automatically and shows how ready the student is for each subject

## Evaluation question
Do students stick to the plan for two weeks, and does it recover gracefully after a missed day?

## Work to share
