# CS-02: Caregiver visit coordination

Category: Healthcare & wellbeing
Level: Intermediate
Suggested duration: 3–4 weeks

Original UXCharan practice scenario. Validate assumptions; do not present it as a commissioned client project.

## Problem
In a fictional family, different people arrange transport, visits and paperwork. Investigate where responsibilities become unclear and how a shared plan could preserve the care recipient’s control over what is shared.

## People to learn from
Adults coordinating non-emergency care for a relative

## Core scope
- Invite a helper
- assign a visit task
- hand over responsibility

## Research questions
- Where do handovers fail?
- Which details should a helper be allowed to see?

## Edge cases
- A helper declines
- permission is revoked

## Specific artefact
A permission model and service blueprint

## Evaluation question
Can each role identify its responsibilities without seeing unnecessary information?

## Work to share
Problem and role; anonymised evidence; alternatives and rationale; task flow; prototype; accessibility considerations; testing findings; revisions and honest limitations.
